If you've always dreamed of being a licensed racer, we can help you achieve that dream. We offer licensing for our own racing series, the Miller Park Racing Association (MPRA), through our four day licensing program run in conjunction with the MPRA race weekends.

You'll begin with our two day Ford Racing High Performance Driving School using our Ford Mustang GT school car on the first day and our Mustang FR500S on the second day. Then you'll move on to two days of the MPRA licensing program in our Ford Mustang FR500S , held over an MPRA race weekend. You'll get actual race experience, interspersed with more classroom sessions and feedback. After successful completion of the fourth day of the program, you'll be granted an MPRA Racing License.

The MPRA racing license is recognized by other sanctioning bodies including the National Auto Sport Association (NASA) and the Sports Car Club of America (SCCA). Recommendation for a Grand Am license is also possible.

Two Day School plus Two Day Licensing program, MPRA membership and race fees included: $9,295.

Additional options are available for those with racing experience, call for details.

Start with a one-day school and continue learning by adding additional days. Your instructor will work with you to develop a plan taking your one-day experience into a two or three-day school to match your ability and goals.

Are there automatic transmission cars?

Automatic transmission Mustangs are not available. All Highway Safety School vehicles are automatic.

Do you provide helmets and racing suits?

We do provide helmets for classes but participants are welcome to bring their own if it is rated Snell 2000 or better. We provide one-layer driving suits for our full-day Ford Racing High Performance Driving School participants. For race-weekend arrive-and-drive participants, two layer suits, full-face helmets and HANS devices are available for rent.

Can I bring a guest?

Participants are welcome to bring a guest. The guest can join us for all classroom sessions, as well as all meals, for an additional $50 fee. Guests will not be permitted to ride with participants; however, they may sign up for Hot Laps at noon to ride with an instructor. Guests will be required to sign track waivers.
