Wide Open Excursions and Miller Motorsports Park bring you Wide Open Utah: the ultimate high-performance off-road “Baja-Style” driving experience. Nothing will compare to the great time you’re about to have as you head off to drive the Wide Open BC (Baja Challenge) Car, designed and built exclusively by Wide Open for our brand of adventure. Safe, powerful, and an absolute blast to drive, these machines are a long way from clunky old ‘dune buggies’ and are the same cars that we race annually in the world famous Baja 1000 race. Almost two-feet of wheel travel and the latest suspension technology let you literally fly over the rugged Utah terrain. State-of-the-art engineering and race-proven parts combine to create a car that runs hard, stops in an instant and, most importantly, meets the challenge of the Baja.
All drivers must have experience with a manual transmission.

The ride along experience puts you in the right-hand seat of our race car with a professional driver, giving you the true off-road experience. This is better than waiting in line for a roller coaster and ten times the adventure. You will be the co-driver in this experience and learn what it takes to be part of an off-road race team. The right-hand seat thrill ride is exactly what our co-drivers experience in the Baja off-road races, with four exhilarating hot laps around our Miller Motorsports Park Off-Road Short Course.
This is your chance to get behind the wheel of the same cars raced in the legendary Baja 1000. Or, you can choose to drive for three adrenaline-pumping laps around the Miller Motorsports Park Off-Road Desert Course (afternoon experience only).
