Miller Motorsports Park offers long-term garages for use by individuals or businesses. Located on the west end of the Paddock, the Private Garages offer convenient access to MMP’s tracks as well as the Off-Road Short Course, making it the perfect place to store your car, motorcycle, kart, tools or trailer. The Private Garages have also grown to become a mini-business park for motorsports-related companies. It is an ideal location for businesses looking to relocate or for racers seeking parts and services.

There are 220 Private Garages housed in 10 buildings. Each garage is 20’ wide by 25’ deep.
They are available in three different heights:

  • 16’ ceilings with 12’ door clearance
  • 13’4” ceilings with 10’ door clearance
  • 10’8” ceilings with 8’ door clearance

16’ Private Garage unit

  • $650/month ($7,800 annually)

13’4” Private Garage unit

  • $600/month ($7,200 annually)

10’8” Private Garage unit

  • $500/month ($6,000 annually)

Utilities are not included in the rental amount.

Current garage tenants who add additional garages to their existing lease will receive one month of complimentary rent for each additional garage rented.

  • Power and water access
  • Year-round, 24/7 access and security
  • Quick-connect air supply
  • Drive-through possibility (if two contiguous garages are rented)
  • Gas heater
  • Flat floors
  • Manual doors, with a man door on the side for easy access
  • Fire sprinkler system
  • Exhaust fans
  • Four fluorescent overhead lights per unit
  • Five electrical outlets per unit (220-volt single-phase included)
  • Optional phone, internet and satellite television
  • An 18’ by 20’ parking area in front of each unit for daily tenant parking
  • Secure parking for trailers to the east of the Private Garages

Garages may be combined or customized.

All Private Garage leaseholders receive one facility hard card that allows general-admission access to spectator events at MMP, a value of $142.

    For business tenants of the Private Garages, MMP offers the following:
  • Listing on Private Garage Directory at Park Entry
  • Listing on Private Garage Directory at Private Garage Entry
  • Listing with business detail on the MMP website
Exclusive Benefits for 2013
    For 2013, MMP offers the following benefits to Private Garage tenants:
  • A referral incentive program*
  • One complimentary Open Track Day for each garage rented
    • *If a current garage tenant provides a reference that leads to a new lease, both the new and existing tenant will receive one complimentary month of rent (utilities are the responsibility of the tenant).
Current garage tenants who add additional garages to their existing lease will receive one month of complimentary rent for each additional garage rented.
